Tenderloin strips with oyster sauce
Ingredients
1 pack of Iceberg Vitamin Mix
30-35 dkg strip steak
1 head of red onion
1 chilli pepper
1 lime
3 wheat tortillas
0.5 dl oyster sauce
1 dl meat juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 dl cooking oil
salt
ground pepper
Directions
Season the striped sirloin with salt and pepper, and fry it in a little hot olive oil with the sliced onion and the chillies, cut into seeds. Add oyster sauce and meat stock. Bring to the boil for a few minutes. Place the salad on the edge of the plate, sprinkle with grated lime zest and drizzle with the lime juice. Place the tortilla strips on the side, fried in a little oil, and finally spoon the strips of sirloin onto the plate.
