Ricotta crisp with fresh salad
Ingredients
1 pack of Eisberg Fitness Mix
250 g of ricotta
50 g of white cheddar cheese
1 egg
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of fine flour
0.5 bunches of basil
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Lemon juice obtained from 0.5 lemons
1 pinch of salt
chili to taste
Directions
Place the ricotta in a mixing bowl. Grate the cheddar cheese, beat in the egg, add the spices and two tablespoons of flour, then mix everything into a moldable mass. Heat a little olive oil in a pan, shape the ricotta mixture into patties with floured hands, then add them to the oil and fry them until brown on both sides in a few minutes. For the salad, put the mixture in a bowl. Mix the olive oil with the lemon juice, spices and chopped basil, then sprinkle the salad with it.
