Ingredients

1 pack of Eisberg Fitness mix
Tokaj Dressing Birsalma
1 quince
12 prawns
2 tablespoons of olive oil
chili to taste
1 clove garlic
salt

Directions

Mix the olive oil with one tablespoon of quince-flavored Tokaj Dressing, add a pinch of salt, grate in one clove of garlic, and season with chili to taste. Peel the quince and cut it into larger cubes. Thread the shrimp and quince cubes alternately onto skewers, brush them with the marinade, and let them rest for 30 minutes. Heat a little oil in a grill pan and cook the skewers for 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned and cooked through. Drizzle the salad with the quince-flavored Tokaj Dressing and serve with the shrimp skewers.
