Hot grape ragout with pumpkin seed oil and white wine dressing
Ingredients
1 pack of Eisberg De Luxe Mix
20 dkg white grapes
1 dl dry white wine
1 lemon
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seed oil
1 tablespoon of honey
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
salt
ground pepper
Directions
In a preheated pan, heat the grapes and honey until thoroughly heated through. Whisk together the lemon juice, pumpkin seed oil, olive oil and white wine, then season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss, and top with the still-warm grapes.
