Ingredients

1 pack of Eisberg mix
6 grains cherry tomatoes
½ cucumber
½ California bell pepper
3 boiled eggs
10 dkg semi-hard cheese
10 dkg bacon, crispy fried
3 tablespoons of yoghurt
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh herbs to taste
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
large pinch of salt

Directions

Dice the cucumber and bell pepper and add to the salad mix. Mix in the diced cheese and the halved cherry tomatoes. Cook the egg and chop it up. Mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and toss with the salad. Break the bacon into bite-size pieces and add to the salad with the egg mixture.
