Ingredients

1 pack of Eisberg Verona mix
Tokaj Dressing Plum
2 sprigs of thyme
1 handful of pine nuts
salt
Grated rind of 1 lemon
200 g of ricotta
4 greengages

Directions

Cut the plums in half and remove the seeds. Place the ricotta in a bowl, grate the lemon peel and season with a little salt. Sprinkle the pine nuts into a heated pan and fry over medium heat. Fill the plums with the ricotta cream, place the salad on a plate and put the plum seeds on top. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and fresh thyme, then drizzle with plum Tokaj Dressing.
