Ingredients

1 pack of Eisberg Autumn Mix
16 large sweet grapes
10 grains vacuum-packed, cooked chestnuts
4 chestnuts
3 tablespoons of orange juice
3 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt, pepper

Directions

Prepare the dressing. Place the ingredients in the plastic bowl of a hand blender and blend until smooth, seasoning the dressing thoroughly with pepper to give it a distinctive flavour. Pour the salad into a bowl, cut the chestnuts into 4 slices, add to the salad, pour the dressing over and toss to combine. Finally, cut the grapes in half, seed them, sprinkle over the salad and serve!

Eisberg’s tip

Freeze the leftover chestnuts, they can be used in any muffin or sponge cake and add a special flavour.
