Eisberg Hungary Kft. is inviting applications for the following position: Social / Facilities Cleaner

We are looking for you if:

  • You love creating order and cleanliness.
  • You are reliable and work with precision.
  • You have experience in cleaning social (breakrooms, locker rooms) and production areas.
  • You can handle physical work and are not deterred by early morning starts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning offices, locker rooms, restrooms, and occasionally production areas.
  • Weekly inspection of rodent traps.
  • Managing protective equipment (PPE) and work uniforms.
  • Training new hires.
  • Receiving goods and conducting inventory.
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation.

Working hours:

Two-shift work schedule:

  • Morning shift (you must be able to accommodate all start times):
    • 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
    • 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
    • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Afternoon shift (once a month): 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
  • An average of 1-2 Saturday mornings per month – in exchange for a day off.

Application requirements:

  • Current residence in Hungary.
  • Valid “FOGLALKOZTATÁS” type residence permit (expiring within 3 months).
  • Conversational level of English.

What we offer:

  • Gross HUF 375,000 monthly base salary.
  • Gross HUF 50,000 monthly bonus.
  • Gross HUF 60,000 Cafeteria benefits per month. (from the 2nd month).
  • Accommodation provided by the employer in rooms with 2, 3, or 4 beds.

  • Unlimited coffee and tea to support early morning starts.
