Sautéed Pear and Parmesan “My Salad, Your Salad”
Ingredients:
1 pack Eisberg Your Salad (90 g)
1 pack Eisberg My Salad (90 g)
2 pears
20 g Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp roughly chopped walnuts
For the dressing:
1 sachet Eisberg cold-pressed peanut and pistachio oil blend (20 ml)
10 ml balsamic vinegar
1 tsp mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Core the pears, slice them thinly, and sauté in a pan until golden brown, allowing them to develop a sweet, caramelized flavor.
Place the Eisberg Your Salad and My Salad mixes into a bowl. Shave the Parmesan into thin flakes using a vegetable peeler, and toast the walnuts in a dry pan for a few minutes to enhance their aroma.
Add most of the Parmesan and walnuts to the salad, reserving a small portion for garnish.
In a small bowl, mix the dressing ingredients, then drizzle over the salad just before serving.
Gently toss to coat evenly, divide into bowls, and finish with the reserved walnuts and Parmesan on top.
