An era ends, a new one begins – marketing leadership change at Eisberg
Budapest, May 30, 2025 – After two years, Judit Gál, the company’s Head of Marketing and Communications, is bidding farewell to Eisberg.Effective June 1, her position will be taken over by Laura Spielmann.Laura has been with the company for a decade, holding various domestic and international positions, giving her a deep understanding of the brand, the market, and consumer needs.Under her leadership, the company’s communication will continue to evolve, aiming to convey messages of freshness, healthy living, and quality to a broader audience, with a particular focus on domestic market growth and expanding regional presence.
The past two years have been eventful for Eisberg, marked by a comprehensive brand overhaul at the group level, introducing new, vibrant, and inspiring messages to customers not only in Budapest but nationwide.The adoption of new communication channels, formats, and a deliberate PR and social media presence have contributed to strengthening the brand’s position in the fresh salad market.Simultaneously, efforts to build regional presence in the Czech Republic and Slovakia have commenced.
Judit Gál brought decades of experience in communication and marketing leadership to Eisberg, where she energetically spearheaded the brand’s renewal.Under her guidance, Eisberg became more recognized as one of the favorite brands in the domestic food market, maintaining its value-based authenticity.

From June 1, 2025, the position will be assumed by Laura Spielmann, who has been part of the Eisberg team since 2015.She started as a university intern and later served as a key account and marketing manager in sales and marketing, eventually becoming the marketing lead responsible for establishing the brand’s entire online presence.In the past two years, she has been part of Eisberg’s international team, playing an active role in repositioning the brand, resulting in salads appearing on shelves in five countries with a new look.

I’m happy to return and apply these experiences to brand building in Hungary – with new goals and momentum. In the upcoming period, Eisberg will continue conscious brand building: aiming to reach even broader customer segments with new products and communication campaigns – both domestically and in the region.
